For Sale: Sewing Machines and Other Items
Sheila Q. has let us know that she has a friend who wants to sell her Bernina Artista 180 Sewing and Embroidery
Machine, Bernina Bernette 334d Electronic Serger and Horn Albany oak cabinet. The sewing machine is a
Bernina Artlink/CP Special Edition 2000 model. She says she only used the sewing machine a couple of times
before circumstances in her life did not allow enough time for her to use it. It comes with a lot of extras. She would like
to sell all pieces as a total package although she would consider splitting it up. Sheila also has a Singer
Featherweight in excellent condition for sale at a reasonable price. If anyone is interested in seeing these items or
want any further information please call Sheila Q.
Marianne Z. has a Bernina Activa 135 Patchwork Edition for sale at $500. This an ideal, lightweight machine to
take to a class or a friend's house. It has 30 stitch patterns built-in, fully automatic memory and three styles
buttonhole function, overlock seams, quilting decorative stitch plus many more. Contact her if you are interested.
Vicki C. is downsizing and has to sell her #3180 Horn Quilter’s Dream Sewing Table and the 5 drawer storage
caddie that fits under the drawer of the table. The table has a hinged drop leaf cutting table. It is white mar-resistant
melamine surface with oak trim. Touch-release airlift with lock and cut out for lowering machine to work surface
height. Dimensions: 60” wide, 19½” deep (with drop leaf down), 55” deep (with drop leaf up), and 29¾“ high. There
are no marks, scratches or damage of any kind and the set is only two years old. Both pieces are $875.00 (regular
retail is $1900). Contact Vicki C. at 954-464-5214.

Sewing Bee at Cambridge - Wednesdays from 9am-2pm.
The Sewing Bee at Cambridge is held weekly at the Cambridge Clubhouse. Contact Gail H. at 772-545-0958 or
windwater599@aol.com.
The Cambridge Clubhouse is at 1802 Constitution Blvd., Hobe Sound. Constitution Blvd. is 3.5 miles south of Cove
Road on the east side of Federal Highway. There is a large sign showing the entrance to Cambridge. If you are going
south on Federal, turn left onto Constitution and take the first left turn into the clubhouse. Bear around to the right side
of the building (as you face it) and come in the door farthest from the front. Knock on the door, if it is locked. The third
Wednesday of the month is dedicated to community quilting initiatives, especially those of the Guild. They also work to
provide items for the Veterans’ Hospital in Ocala. Come, enjoy, and bring a lunch.
